Martyn McKenzie is an artist living and working in Glasgow. Since graduating from Edinburgh College of Art in 2012, he has exhibited in numerous group shows and held two solo-shows. Alongside his practice as a painter, he has also produced commissioned works of public art which explore a more sculptural approach. McKenzie exhibited as a finalist for the Sunday Times Watercolour Competition 2015 at the Mall Galleries in London. Amongst other galleries he has exhibited at The McLean Museum Greenock, House for an Art Lover Glasgow, and at the Fruitmarket Gallery Edinburgh and the Whitechapel Gallery London exhibiting a selection of handmade artists’ books.
